ENTRANCE PHOTO: Entering the baths at the top of the stairs is a safe sex poster, which is very erotic. Its reads: “Kissing, Dildoes, Water Sports and Rimming.” I was able to remove both signs, which will be exhibited with the safe sex poster from the baths. It is from The Gay Mens Health Crisis, which was the organization behind AIDS education that was started by Larry Kramer. This photo was taken at the top of the stairs, and it is what you see at the entrance to the baths. In the background you can see some of the lock boxes in the facility. On top is a box of the memorabilia condoms. The printed packet also contained safe sex information. You can also see the ornate iron work in the photograph. To the right of this section was the black plastic acrylic sign with the hours/prices information printed on it. That photo is in the larger exhibition and I actually own the large sign that will be exhibited, as well.
